So the EU has threatened 5 Eastern caribbean countries to revoke visa free perk by 2028. It appears "operating" a cbi program is a ground of visa suspension with the bloc. No amount of reforms will satisfy EU officials it seems.

When is Argentina CBI program coming up. Anybody have more details regarding investment required, residency, quotas etc.

Why so many companies and agents are promoting illegal discounting for CBI programs. AFAIK this practise is going on for many many years and left unchecked by governments. It works as financing or loans offered to clients in the form of buyback shares. owner financing or more) by corrupt developers or agents especially in middle east and other countries.
We are also one of the earliest founded CBI companies and this practise arising out of competition has ruined our business. We never promoted such shortcuts. Many clients who come to us "bounce off", unaware of this, falling for such illegal traps . As a result we have lost significant number of clients. A large number of clients shop around everywhere looking for cheap deals.
The Practise of discounting does not provide equal opportunity and fairness between those who sell for 250K and those companies selling citizenship for less than 100K by illegal discounting. This also opens doors to more unqualified people who dont have enough money to get citizenship.
I feel that this topic is like "elephant in the room". Nobody wants to talk about it. Is somebody put an end to this, giving all companies an equal opportunity in the CBI space?
The CBI market is already ruined. I have read from several sources that illegal discounting, violate regional agreements, leading to revoked citizenships, forfeited investments, and blacklisted agents. The Government also could revoke passport anytime, unknown to holders and risk could lead to intensive questioning or left stranded while traveling.
Is somebody going to put an end to this? But nobody cares.
