Friend or foe? The largest is about the size of a newt.

Hate having to do it, but needed a partial water change on the fish pond as the water balance turned in the heatwave. While bailing some of the water I caught two of these things.

I assume it's some kind of dragonfly larvae or something as one has wings, but never seen anything like them before!

Not gonna kill them, but anyone know what they are and if they are going to harm my fish?

Reports that the new MAFS UK 2026 series has been axed?

Granted with all the current claims going on it is not a good time for the show and investigations are required to understand what happened and why things went so wrong for some of those involved.

However how annoying must it be for the next cast to have given up time and just gone through the process (hopefully without any safety concerns) to find out that the show might never be shown.
