I bought a Snack Saver near the beginning of the month. It showed in the old app but shows nowhere in the new one. It shows on the website under Purchases but NOT in this new app. You would think that would be a priority.
I got the badge update at the beginning of the month that showed I had 2 badges, Standard and the May Music badge. I completed the Hot Dog badge this month and got the email that I completed it. That was a little over 2 weeks ago. I read that every 3 badges you get 3000 credits. I haven't received it. I wrote Regal customer service a couple of days ago. The email they just sent back says that they need my paper receipts which I don't have. I'm Crown Club AND Unlimited. My hot dog purchases show in my account. I don't get it! I don't use Facebook. I wrote back re-explaining asking for someone who can help. They seem very faithless to their own "deals." Has anyone had this problem? Has anyone received the 3000 credits for 3 badges and how long did it take to get it?
