25 weeks has my HG come back?!

I had hg from 6 weeks to 14 weeks horrendously then still not great but better from 15 to 19 then gone by 21. I've just come back from bali, husband has a chest infection i have a cough and my daughter was up vomiting the day we got back which was 2 days ago.

I am super nauseous, back to week 6-14 bad. I have a cough too but it's not that bad, hoping the nausea is from that and pissible early infection? Or do you think the HG has returned? I can't go back to living like this 😭

3rd pregnancy and only experiencing HG now?! Anyone else, worried about issues with baby?

I'm 10.3 weeks and have been in hell since week 4. It peaked around week 6-9 I'm not sure if it's the 8mg of Zofran but since meeting a gp who's wife was a suffer I've been responding much better to this and had a better week. Although today and yesterday not so much.

Anyway my question is, why would I only experience HG for my third pregnancy and not have it with my prior ones? I remember with my first I did feel really crap but I dont believe it was this severe (hard to fully remember as i didnt even know about HG) that pregnancy was a girl second was definitely much better than this one and that one was a boy. But my god, this one is like nothing I've ever experienced, my hcg at 8 weeks was also 312,000?! Don't you think it's alarming and a possible indication that something might not be right with the baby?
