Flight seatmates experience

So few days ago I flew from EK238 and chose an Aisle seat and the window and middle seat were taken by an older couple at first I thought this is gonna be hard and they gonna be rude because of my experience with them first few minutes. Later throughout the flight the husband kept going to the washroom very frequently even when I was having food and every single time both of them kept apologizing to me a lot and even offered me their window seat for which I refused because I myself use the washroom to do skincare and stuff. Sometimes I was getting annoyed especially if I'm eating my food or sleeping because it's not easy for me to transition so quick cos i got Autism but then I empathized with them too because they looked like they felt so freakin bad for me. And at the end when we came outside we talked a lot and felt so friendly. This just made me feel if everyone is patient and empathetic with each other we can cooperate with each other so well despite our language barriers, cultures or mannerism.

It's my first time talking to some stranger on the plane and also same experience with a cabin crew she was so nice because I did not knew we had to pre book meal preferences I could not get what I wanted and she said i can get it if no one else wants it in the end and my expression was caught off guard lol but I told her it's completely fine but still she gave me the food lol I probably looked so sad maybe that's why and then again I had lots of conversations with her later.

Just sharing this because this is the first good experience I had in a flight and it was Emirates so im really happy!!!

Have you guys ever had similar experiences while flying which you feel will stay with you for a long time?

Flew as Dubai connecting Trip report

So I just reached my destination and it was Mumbai from Boston and Dubai as connecting port, flew with Emirates Economy saver and I have a lot of good things to say honestly. Also i had a 1 hr 40 min connection. Ek238 and Ek500

First of all I'm sure everyone is worried about safety but until yesterday when I was there it was pretty safe. I flew from Boston June 1 PM evening reached Dubai PM evening June 2 and reached India night AM June 3.

Okay so starting from Boston everything went smooth 1 min security checking, on time boarding with Emirates they were pretty organized with groups and stuff too. Sat on plane all crew were nice and helping everyone make space for cabin bags and also passengers were good too they helped adjust their own stuff. Nice vibe basically. Monitor, Emirates headphones and everything was working perfect the movies were good. The food was absolutely delicious especially the chocolate delice, they handed food so frequently time went on quick and belly full also digestion was amazing which I was worried about the most as I have sensitive digestion but this just means Emirates food quality and choice of food is just amazing.

After a very smooth landing which we literally arrived 28 minutes early lol, I rushed so bad thinking I got no time I did not even ask where we have landed lol just went straight and asked where is gate A14 or sum and including security checking it took my rushed self only 5 minutes to reach there after landing 🤣 Anyways had so much time I was roaming around on Dubai airport which is pretty nice just felt the crowd was less compared to other airports I've seen but both my planes were packed so idk. OK so the boarding at Dubai airport was quick but I feel it was not that organized you know people were just going and joining lines and taunting each other cos of it so maybe that could be more strict with better announcements but yeah not bad. And over here no one was even thinking about the situation in the middle east tbh everyone looked pretty chill even i forgot for a while.

Ek500 was good mostly like India's domestic flights the crew was again super friendly I just love interacting with them they're so sweet especially Ek238 I almost made one of them my freind lol. Anyways the food was good, monitors and everything working, and landing was smooth and that's how I reached Mumbai and met my Family after 2 years without stressing about my travel. Thank you so much Emirates ❤️

Let me know if anyone has any questions?
