Reporting a Customer
Just had a very unpleasant interaction with a customer and tried to report them to Uber Eats. All I could do was rate them, which I’m not sure that even does anything. Tried to complete a safety report but, what do you know, there is an error in the app and I can’t complete one.
So what happens if this arsehole who made me feel unsafe decides to give me a thumbs down and messes with my rating?
