Just been told there that tickets for the all Ireland hurling semi final will only be available through the clubs. Is this the norm usually?

Does anyone know where would be the best option to find cheap used couches in Galway that possibly do delivery ? Preferably in the 400-500 range. Was in COPE yesterday which had a few ones I liked but none to the missus liking haha. Appreciate any feedback 👍
