I give up in the completely with out having to consider legal action
Anybody have any good advice? I haven't tried so far for Verizon? They had mistakenly opened up a second account whenever I had opened up my account for my phone. I have through them in November and return the router to where the internet that I had returned .They've harassed me for money I don't owe plus a credit company also. So I've got the double whammy there. Since December. I've spent about 20 hours of my life on my phone trying to figure this out with them and as soon as we get off the phone it disappears. I've been told different things by different representatives one. It's my phone one, a router that was unreturned and didn't find out until last week or two when a representative told me that they had opened a second account for me for the same things by mistake. She also said it was a mistake on their behalf and that she could fix it. After the phone call ended the conversation disappears
