Hi, does anyone know if this is normal here in Accenture?

So in our project, our Team Lead asked some of my teammates to redeem the RP points sent to their accounts. Once they redeem the points, they will cash it out to GCash and then send the money to our Boss's GCash number.

Is that really allowed or normal practice?
