Can you give some me tips for sticking to my deficit
l have the last 5pounds to loose, but its been quite a struggle.I cant sleep, my energie is nonexistent and I always have a feeling of wanting to vomit.After I eat, its like I havent eaten anything.Its just a 300kcal deficit too.Does anyone else experience this, how do you cope with it, or make it less miserable?
