I feel like every rune in Swift, Despair, Violent and Will has to be minimum 24 speed (Before Grind) or else its useless.

Is this true and does anyone else feel like this?

Hey everyone, I am a male and I was told that I have weak glutes which could be affecting my pelvic floor.

Has anyone actually managed to cure their hypertonic pelvic floor through glute exercises? What was your routine and how long did it take?
