Today I was visiting a lady who I only recently met, this was my 4th visit with her. During our conversation she mentioned how she lost her partner 8 months ago, he had died from a heart attack, but she continued to tell me his name and what he used to do for work. And it turns out I actually had known him, as my ex partner worked with him, we had all hung out together a few times and I thought he was a pretty nice fella, I never had any bad thoughts towards him, he was always polite towards me whether he liked me or not I really don't know. But getting back to the point...as my new friend shared this information I was like Oh my goodness I knew him and told her how and I was a bit shocked to hear that he had passed but it was right at the moment when I acknowledged that I knew him I got an overwhelming sick feeling to the point I started sweating profusely and felt like I was going to throw up, the room we were in all of sudden became heavy and hot and I felt like I couldn't breathe, as this was happening I had started walking towards the door that leads outside because I needed air and just to get out of there. Now before that moment of feeling unwell I felt absolutely fine I didn't have a single feeling like I was getting sick or coming down with something, it just happened so suddenly.
Once I started walking away from her place I still felt like I was going to vomit but it wasn't overwhelming, then once I got home I laid down and slept most of the afternoon. After I woke I felt a little better but still sickish and lethargic and now as I'm writing this I'm feeling tired but I have a pounding headache aswell. I'll also mention as well that after this happened I have been feeling really hungry and when I do eat I feel a little better and I feel like I'm being somewhat grounded.
Is there a possibility of what I'm experiencing has something to do with this man that has passed or maybe I've just suddenly come down with some horrible virus...I don't know but all I do know is I feel dreadful right now
