Hey everyone,

​I’ve had my Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 (Model: NP960QFG) for about 2 years now, and I just noticed the chassis is warping/lifting. Lo and behold, the battery inside is starting to swell.

​I’ve attached some photos so you can see what it looks like.

​I know battery degradation happens over time, but a bulge this severe at the 2-year mark feels a bit premature for a premium machine. It has mostly just been sitting on my desk on a normal charging cycle—never dropped or abused.

​Has anyone else with a Book3 Pro 360 run into battery swelling issues around the 2-year mark? If you did, did Samsung offer any support out of warranty, or did you have to bite the bullet and replace it yourself? ​Appreciate any insights
