been trying to improve how i handle lead follow ups and client messages lately and wanted to see how others deal with this
the biggest problem for me has been email volume once things start picking up. new leads, showing requests, offers, and then trying to keep track of older conversations without missing anything
i’ve been testing an ai email assistant (serif) mainly to see if it actually helps with inbox overload instead of just being another tool
right now it sorts my gmail overnight, drafts replies based on past emails, and shows what needs attention first. so instead of opening a packed inbox, i usually start with ready drafts that i just check and send
it also helps a bit with scheduling since i can forward a thread with a note like “set up a showing thursday or friday afternoon” and it handles the back and forth
not trying to overdo anything, just looking for ways to not miss follow ups and not spend the start of my day buried in email
curious how others here handle this. are you using crms, assistants, or just doing it all manually?
