Hi any feedback is appreciated!

1. Contract offer
   I did get a contract offer and had some follow up questions around estimate hours per week, end date etc and have followed up several times with no answer is there someone else other than the hiring manager that emailed me I should contact?

2. I got an email regarding project management specialist role for a higher pay range than the one I already passed interview for is this a separate role I have to re apply for?
