So it's been a week since my interview and nothing so I decided to show some initiative and follow up with a phone call up there to see about my status for the stocker position, I did reach someone and they'd told me they'd pass the message on to one of the team leads; I just hope I get the job cause I don't see why they'd call for an interview for nothing.
I had my interview last Thursday in which the questioning went great but they told me to come back later because the team lead wasn't there yet therefore I did & he gave me a tour of the back introduced me to everyone and explained the task of the stocker position and asked if I understand the tasks & am I still interested in the position? In which I said yes and he'd said he'd pass my answer down to his coach.
Therefore I'm wondering does the job offer come next or would that be the background check ?
