I am looking for 2BHk in Kollur under 1cr and I saw two projects Signature Altius and AR homes rise. Both are quoting around same price but AR homes will be ready in 2years but Signature Altius is near OC. I don’t see anyone suggesting Signature Altius in this group. So I just want to know if there are any negatives that I am not able to see in this project.
