I’m 24f and looking to change my career from being a Health Care aide, i’m planning on going to school in the fall but from my research, jobs require at least 3-5 years of construction or in similar role and im not getting anything entry level job related options, how can i go about getting the experience i need so by the time i get my certification or diploma in the next two years, i can get a job?
