Seeking advice/guidance

Hi all, as anyone who has gone through an infestation can attest, it is extremely frustrating, and I am at a wit’s end with it, so I am posting here. I started seeing fecal matter on my pillow back in January. Didnt think anything of it, didn’t know what it was. By March I had started seeing more and more, and larger spots. Called a local exterminator that had very high ratings on Yelp. They came and inspected my bedroom (pictured), but could not physically find any bugs or evidence of them, other than the fecal matter spots on my pillow. They did a treatment on 3/19. After that I noticed decreasing activity, to seeing none by 4/21 when they came back to my home for a follow up chemical treatment, inspected and declared that the first treatment was perfect and everything was all good, and told me they did a second treatment just to be safe.

After that treatment in 4/21, I noticed nothing until a few nights ago, when I noticed a large amount of fecal matter spots on the new pillow I just bought (pictured). I notified the exterminator and they said they will set up a time next week to come and inspect and decide what to do.

My frustration lies in the fact that I thought the issue was taken care of, then it suddenly popped up again. I cannot sleep because of the thought of being bitten and them crawling on me. It is also frustrating that neither myself nor professionals have been able to physically find a bed bug, or any shells of dead ones, or anything with our own eyes to find them. My bed sheets are bamboo and my gray blanket is a weighted blanket, and they are not able to be washed on high heat to kill the bugs/eggs. The blue/white blanket I wash on high heat once a week.

I guess I am just hoping that anyone who is experienced can help me maybe find where they are nesting and give any good tips for getting rid of them totally, and maybe guess why they suddenly popped up after 4 weeks of no activity. My bed as you can see on the photos I keep 8 inches from the wall, and I have always kept my bedroom clean and clutter free. I am not a dirty person.

Any/all help is greatly appreciated.
