Defect Submission Questions
Hit this Brandon Miller Firefractor last week. When I looked at it under a light, I noticed the right side of the sticker reflected it kinda weird. Beautiful card, but an issue with the sticker for sure.
Started the defect submission request. And they approved it, which leads to my questions. I gotta send this in, right? I mean, it is something that will bring down the value long term, right? I am nervous dropping this in the mail for sure.
People who have done this successfully, did you send USPS or Fed Ex/UPS? Any instructions or tricks are appreciated. I have tried looking and can’t find a comparable so not sure how much insurance to put on it.
Just got approved yesterday so don’t have to rush, but want to get this in their hands sooner than later.
