Hi! I'm a first time bike owner. Bought a hybrid bike sa Jap surplus online recently.

I’m trying to replace the tires and inner tubes kasi luma na yung tires and flat na rin yung tubes. Sobrang limitid ng knowledge abt bike parts. Nanunuod lang ako ng tutorials online habang ginagawa.

Question lang, is this a rim strip/rim tape? And normal ba na nag-slide siya around the rim? Or dapat fixed siya in place?

I install ko na ba yung new tube and tire, or better bumili muna ako ng new rim tape/strip before installing?
