Currently using VRE
I emailed my counselor, but she sometimes takes a while to get back, or doesn’t get back at all. I’m wondering if anybody else has been in a similar situation. (I understand the counselors are overloaded with work, I’m not blaming her at all.)
I’m currently in community college, and I was supposed to transfer to university this fall. Unfortunately, the counselor at my school who planned out my classes forgot to add some, so I’m going to be at community an extra semester and won’t be eligible to transfer until spring.
The issue is that the university I want to go to only accepts transfers in the fall, so now I’m going to have to take the spring semester off (since I’ll be done with the required courses to transfer) and I’ll be graduating a year later than my original graduation date.
Has anybody else had to take a semester off using VRE, and were you able to come back with no issues?
