Hello, i have a lot of respiratory problems, and whenever i get sick it becomes this snow ball where mucus start to get out of control and i have no other choice that abdicating and taking antibiotics (it could last months if i don’t take them)
Do you have a natural remedy that could help, especially at the beggining where i can stop it right to the root !

I just moved in in this furnished appartment, and unfortunately with the material chosen and the color of the furniture i really have no idea how to decorate this place to 1. Make it way more cozy and avoid this kind of « starboy » / edgy energy to lean into a warm and welcoming style 2. Make it more practical, i do not have many storage to put my books/stuff/papers so it all endsup on this table 🥲 (maybe a little bookshelf would be nice?). I can see that it has potential but i really can’t a starting point to male this place warm and welcoming.
I can change the rug eventually and ditch this small black table in the kitchen that really gets in my way anyways. But the sofa unfortunately has to stay.
So if any of you have any ideas on styles/comors/material that i can search for it would be really apreciated bc im kindof lost (and reaaaaally bad at decorating anyways).
