I just gave my CSCA. My profile is as follows

GPA- 3.9/4.0
IELTS 8
1 review publications and 1 SSRN since I worked with a teacher for 6 months, she helped me learn and research a lot
3 internships, 1 was a research volunteership, a prestigious one in my country
attended an international conference
about 15-20 ECs

My CSCA (expected) is about high 50s or early 60s, maybe 65? If I get very lucky, then 70

Do you think I stand a chance for full funding or municipal scholarships at maybe a mid-tier uni as well, or do I just need to retake the June one?

Does Uni allow me to submit my application now and then submit the CSCA scores later on
