Best way to sell?
Welp, it’s been a great 18 years in Central Oregon. I came, I saw, I sold pizza to everyone I could. Literally, tens of thousands of pies at concerts, fairs, rodeos, festivals and anywhere else folks gather to have a good time. But it’s time to mosey on, my body can’t do the day to day hauling of stuff to and fro and as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized my physical health really matters.
So I got three propane ovens that all get to about 700 degrees. The small one (can cook 3-5 10” pies at a time) a medium one (6-8 10” pies at a time) and a large one(cooks 10-14 10” pies at a time) all have been built and modified locally by small manufacturers. All have functioning plumbed sinks and storage. I got equipment galore, canopies, tents, paddles, table top topping refrigerators, coolers and everything you need to show up and do events- even an f350 super duty diesel truck I could throw in. You can license these under a class 3 mobile unit or just get temps for individual weekends. I got contracts for great events all over the area including the Pendleton Round Up, and St Paul Rodeo and have a great reputation for showing up ready, getting good food out fast and never running out.
The problem I’m having is where to start on the valuation. There’s been a lot of under the table employees and mucho mattress money.
I have p&l reports, and tax returns but they are about half the story.
Anyone have any experience with this?
Do I just shoot out a number and see if anyone bites?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
