Advice on quitting

For background I nannied for one family the last four years and it was my first full time nanny job. I have since started with a new family primarily working on Fridays while the mom was home but now I am 50+ hours a week. The boys are 3 and 1.5 but the oldest has speech delays and OT every week. He is high needs and has a complete disregard for anything I say. I have been working full time for the last three weeks and it’s been miserable. I am overstimulated, burnt out, frustrated and don’t feel like I am doing my best. I want to put in my 30 days notice but know this family will be crushed, considering they let go of their other nanny (who had been around since the oldest was born) to find someone who was more outgoing and willing to take them out more. The more I stay here the more understand her anxiety about taking them out. It’s always a meltdown and the oldest is inconsolable. I feel they need somebody with more of an educational background or more experience with higher needs children. I’m in my early 20s. I’m looking for advice on if I should stick it out or go ahead and put my 30 days in. I’m miserable and I dread coming to work.
