I m looking for a preowned Honda city.I have an option of a 2012(end of the year) Honda City V ( Executive).

The car is 1st hand, used by single person, 15k kms driven with proper service record.

Car location - Pune, Maharashtra

Price quoted - 3.6 Lac

Could you guys help me, whether am I getting a good deal for a 13 year old vehicle.

Can we get our RTO extended after 15 year? As it is a petrol vehicle, any upcoming problem with petrol 4 wheelers do you guys sense.

By researching a bit I found Honda's NA ivtec engine are the best in NA engine catergory.

So, I m thinking to purchase a used Honda city but confused.

Questions -

1- For a used car, how many kms driven car should I opt for ( like 50k /70k)?

2- What is better, a less driven 2nd owner car(owner which had 2 owners already, I will be 3rd owner ) OR a more driven 1st owner car ?

3- For a used car, how many years driven car should I opt for ( like 10 yrs or 8 or 12 yrs older )?

4-Usage would be,30% city 70% highway, I should go with AT gearbox, but was CVT 10 yrs ago optimized?

I know there are many mechanical things which need to be inspected too,but thought to get my upper layer cleared first.

Could you guys please help me clear my confusion.
