If you are looking for transfers, Don't choose this state. State is dead. Run by Tyrant Turkish alliance. Who have been bringing in Turkish/ Korean members. There is no unity. NAP is always fighting and arguing with each other because Turkish alliance WWW brought people in who do not understand anything. You will always be fighting for your rights. Brought in 5th alliance and treated them so poorly that they left straight away. Other two alliances are leaving too. If you don't want drama, I would recommend to refrain from moving here. They are nothing but problem. No svs savings, each to it's own. State is divided in two.
