Glad to see that the mushrooms are growing so much faster, and bigger than the first

Grow is coming along nice and healthy! I’m a little worried about the absolute beast in the corner choking out the rest but they seem like they’re growing around the problem, LET TH YETI GROW!

So they finally pinned a little less than a week ago, at first it seemed like they were stalling to me but tbh I think I was being a little impatient, lately they’ve been growing great! Been making really good progress. The mycelium even looks healthier than it originally did. I’ll say this much though, one side of the tub doesn’t really grow many pins, and some of my pins have been growing fuzzy feet, is that something to be concerned about? Or is it more likely that the have been getting a lot of nutrients from the substrate. Also as you can see I have a bit of a mutant in the mix, guys stem and cap are massive! Anyone know why that happened?

Ok so, this process for my first time has been slight confusing af and I’ve ran into a few problems since I started out, my mycelium was growing great in the grain bag, switched it from that to the monotube, btw being the first time I mixed up the grain and the soil, not realizing that I was supposed to mist it once and leave it alone for a week, I was misting that bitch everyday for a week, mf started noticing gray hairs growing around the outer edge of the substrate, thought it was cobweb mold but it never looked like cobweb mold, anyway left it alone for like 3-4 days and came back, a lot more gray, the smell was less fresh but not terrible, regardless assumed I was gonna have to toss it, still decided at this point to spray it with hydrogen peroxide, not to many fizzles or other shit, just small stuff in a few spots. Anyway I’ve been checking up on it and now here we are. Mf finally I have pins and I think it wasn’t even cobweb mold growing it was bruising from over watering it plus not enough FAE I think. I even the Q-tip test and nothing ever rubbed off onto the Q-tip. It even smells fresh again now. Mf we are back in business I finally have pins growing and the craziest part? I leave for a few hours and there is already a significant noticeable growth with a lot of the smaller pins, everything grew in the span of 4 hours. Still if anyone has advice at this point or notices something looking off, tell me pls I DO NOT WANT TO POISON MYSELF but I think we’re all good.
