I've been using discount codes to bring customers back and they work, maybe a little too well lol. I'm starting to see people wait until the next code before ordering again. I don't want to remove them completely and tank repeat orders, but constantly sending another 10 to 15% off doesn't seem like a great fix either. Is there a better way to set this up in Shopify so repeat customers still have an incentive without relying on another discount code every time?
