Cold exposure and semen retention
I’ve noticed that cold showers or lowering the rooms temperature instantly kill urges, lower testicular temperature, and build the discipline needed for longer streaks.When i sleep in an air conditioned room i get less wet dreams than when i'm in a room without AC.Whats your thoughts on this?
