Ask ko lang, bakit laging tinatanong ng mga tao kung mahal mo ba buhay mo kapag nalalaman nilang gusto mong pumasok sa politics?

For context, graduating student ako from a non-Political Science or law-related course. But because of my exposure to government work, somehow nakita ko yung purpose ko in life. I genuinely want to become a public servant someday, kahit City Councilor lang. For me, it’s a meaningful job because you get the chance to serve and help people directly.
