Hello. I'm considering transferring to UPLB CS to have a more balanced curriculum (theory and application) for my 2nd year. Sobrang iba kasi ng curriculum ng CS sa UPM and ang laki ng difference sa schedule, leaving me with little time to do side projects. I think UPLB curriculum also makes more sense and I feel like it's more geared towards what the industry needs? (UPM feels like it's leaning towards health applications or the academe side, but kaya naman since we have statistical computing specialization as an option din). Also, ang liit din kasi ng comsci community sa UPM, so ung large CS community sa UPLB can really help me explore more.
I have a high GWA naman but I'm thinking baka di ma-credit 'yong ibang courses ko. I'll find UPLB's post for the guidelines din pero for now, just want to ask if may naka-experience na nito.
