While Trailer 2 characters are connected to Jason, Trailer 3 will likely introduce new characters connected to Lucia
A little reflection of mine before the next trailer releases. TL;DR at the end.
Trailer 1 was mostly about introducing GTA 6’s world, Vice City and the worldbuilding aswell as kind of a ground base for Lucia. Trailer 2 was more about introducing characters who’ll be present in the game.
The thing I noticed is that almost everyone introduced in the second trailer is somehow is somehow part of Jason’s entourage, or one of his business associates :
Brian Heder : A smuggler Jason’s working for in exchange of free rent, and more?
Lori Heder : Brian’s wife, visibly working with him, and possibly the woman screaming "Hii, Jasooon!" at the 0:29 mark of Trailer 2.
Cal Hampton : "Jason’s friend and a fellow associate of Brian’s", kind of the same deal as Jason.
Dre’quan Priest : Rookie rapper, seen a couple times with Jason in the second trailer.
Boobie Ike : Possible(?) investor in Dre’quan’s music label, making him an indirect connection and potential associate of Jason.
Real Dimez : Same deal as Boobie, they’re signed by Dre’quan, making them potential partners of Jason.
There’s only 2 characters remaining that I think will be involved with both Jason and Lucia, if not more on Lucia’s side :
Raul Bautista : Raul is described on the website as a "seasoned bank robber always on the hunt for talent ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards."
Lucia’s whole character is centered on getting successful enough to get her family out of the miserable life they had in Liberty City. Prepared to "take matters into her own hands" and "committed to her plan - no matter what it takes" as a described on the website, she probably was the one Raul reached out to, either directly or through a mutual acquaintance. Since we see both Lucia and Jason taking part in one of Raul’s heists in Trailer 2, it’s safe to assume he's going to play a huge part in their story, and I expect to see him in the third trailer.
The second character is more obscure, as we know nothing about him yet, if not the fact he’s supposedly tight with Lucia and maybe also Jason. We see him a couple of times, both in Trailer 2. There’s speculations about him being Lucia’s brother or cousin. I personally believe he’s just a friend with who it’s possible to go out, similar to Roman in IV. That said, I also think we’ll see him in Trailer 3.

TL;DR : Trailer 2 introduced characters linked to Jason, mostly through business, except for Raul and Nameless Boy, who I think are firstly associated to Lucia. My theory is that we’ll see these two again in Trailer 3, alongside other characters linked to Lucia.
