I’m 18 years old, 173 cm tall, and weigh 73 kg. My main goal is to lose body fat while building muscle, increasing strength, and improving my overall fitness and athleticism. I currently train mostly with bodyweight exercises and a pull-up bar, and I want to create a consistent daily routine that I can stick to long term. I’m interested in workouts that improve strength, endurance, explosiveness, and physique at the same time.
I would really appreciate advice about the best training split, how many days I should train, recovery, sleep, and nutrition for body recomposition. I also want to know if it’s possible to gain muscle while losing fat naturally at my age, and what mistakes I should avoid as a beginner. Any workout plans, personal experiences, or tips would help a lot.
