I just got a free PC tower from a woman I help with her tech needs but I have never really done a PC build before. It is 13 years old and won't support Windows 11 so I am trying to decide if it's even worth upgrading or if I just get a new PC tower instead. My main complaint is it is running super slow even after a full wipe so I would like to see if I can boost that so I can play OSRunescape and transcribe documents on it.

Install RAM: 8.00 GB (7.67 GB usable)
