Anyone ever see a Post Dated CO Notice on a transcript before (the date on the notice is 5/18/2026 or 2 weeks from now. Also show what looks very strange a note from the filing that says “No” to the statement “primary home in the US”.

Both are very strange to me, and regarding the US home I have double checked the tax forms and my home address is US as well on the Residential Energy Credit where I claimed a credit for a solar install.

Not sure if they are related (refund freeze and the Energy Credit) and if 2 weeks from now I will get the notice the IRS already knows enough about to post but are holding off.

No looking to sell here; and not looking to use my hobby as income. But I do put a good amount of

Effort into refinishing (love chests…not sure why but I do). Between stripper, spirits, sandpaper, and quality (general finishes) stains and top coat the materials add up). I personally

Consider this a huge margin at $250 but want genuine opinions on what others would expect/suggest is a bargain price (this particular Lane chest is 1982 so not super old). I expect if I wanted to buy similar quality new would be well over a $1K piece.

Crazy or just need time for someone to find this (heck, I see chests in need of full restore at $100-$150 asking

Price on marketplace)
