Help! Is this a lipoma? I’ve been told it was and then been told it was just an overworked muscle or an enlarged muscle. It gives me headaches and when I lay my head down the room starts spinning at times. No health insurance at the moment so advice would be appreciated.
It is in the left side of this photo right under my hairline. And I believe I might have another knot on the other side of my head same place. Most pictures I e looked at have round knots for lipomas but this one is long it goes back through my scalp. Is this still a lipoma? Most pictures they are shaped in a circle and this knot is not this picture is the front of it as it goes back under my hair. Lipoma or something else does anyone have an idea?
