Hello, quick question/s

am I able to be AGR(army) and volunteer for OLS? is there anyone that is AGR while currently on OLS, and do you get the same SAD entitlements if you are AGR on OLS? if you couldn’t tell, I want to volunteer for OLS and have the opportunity also be AGR, on that note, (as an e4 no bah or anything) I know OLS pays more but AGR has better benefits which one would you recommend??
