I am frustrated na po. I do not know what to do. Can someone here advise po or share kung paano nila ito naresolve? Need ko po talaga ng money for my mom kaya ako magloloan kase yung hospital bill niya po lumobo ng 1M.
I have already requested the closure of my UnionBank account linked to my UMID due to the loss of my UMID card and personal wallet for security reasons. I personally visited UnionBank of the Philippines and was informed that my account has already been successfully closed.
However, upon logging in to my My.SSS account via web browser, the disbursement account still appears as active. Because of this, I am unable to enroll a new disbursement account. Additionally, I have not received any email confirmation from SSS regarding the closure, as advised by the bank branch officer.
