What do you guys do when there's no dishes and nothing else at all to do
I don't really know what to do with the free time. I mean like my place rn isn't doing like food food like we're doing shit in to go boxes right now cause we're doing a major renovation to the whole main building. So we moved to a smaller one that can't handle like full service. And all kitchen staff come in at like 6 to 2 so and make charcuterie and cheese boreds along with some other tasting dishes since we're a winery. So I'm always the only one in the kitchen for like 5 hours straight sometimes. And I'll have like and hour where no dishes at all come in. Mind you I'm only doing water bottles wine glasses and share plates also utensils. I do also have kitchen dishes but I wipe those out in like a hour. So then like from when I finish kitchen dishes I have only like 2 maybe 3 hours of dishes in all for the whole 8 hour shift. Like I'm literally sitting in my car rn at work cause thers no dishes.
