Alright Ram Fam! I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Bighorn with 108k miles. Still owe on it. I tow and haul pretty often. I bought it at 59k miles and I don't have any service records of the transmission fluid/filter/Pan being changed. So I would like to know if it would be a good idea to change the fluid/filter/pan. Some sources say it's critical and other sources say "lifetime fluid". I don't plan on keeping the truck forever, but I would like it to hold up for another 30k without problems. I have an extended bumper to bumper warranty which would replace the transmission if it goes out, but that are your thoughts? Is it crazy to change the fluid or am I making a good call by having it done?
