Can I Raise Credit Card Dispute for Defective Product?
Samsung approved replacement for my defective fridge 4 days ago, but Digi1 is still delaying delivery and not responding properly. Since I purchased it through credit card EMI, can I raise a payment dispute/chargeback for non-resolution and defective product? How does the process work?
