Hi all! I’m an incoming grad student, looking for fall housing and I’m wondering which one is the better deal for 1b.

Presidential I is $1700 including hot water and heat, one living room AC. Does anyone know how much I should expect for the electricity bill?

Rolling green is $1975 including everything other than internet (electricity, hot water and heat) with AC in bed room and living room.

I have a car, so distract to school/groceries doesn’t matter as much. I really liked rolling green when I toured it but it is more expensive 😬

Wondering if anyone could give me any pointers! Or any suggestions on any other place to look!
