Don't trust even organic ones 🥒😈

Me: For years, I thought I was being gaslit by my job, my friends, and my relatives..

My Mast Cells: [sweating nervously]

Me: .until I realized the real gaslighting was coming from inside the house.

My Mast Cells: "Listen to me, that organic cucumber is definitely trying to KILL YOU. Trust me."

Thanks, MCAS.

Favorite recipe! 😋 Nothing beats the comfort of a simple, fresh-baked batch of yeast loaves. Simple yeast loaves from a Ukrainian home kitchen.💚

I’m reaching a breaking point and need to know if anyone has ever come back from a collapse this severe.

The Context:

I live in Ukraine. For last years, I’ve been livig through the war while my body is literally falling apart. I spent 10 years as a dedicated lifter (57kg, strong muscles), but now I am a shadow of my former self.

Post-COVID & War Stress (2021-2026, often reinfections): My MCAS went from manageable to catastrophic after TILT. Constant biological stress of living in a war zone (sirens, explosions, chronic cortisol spikes).

TILT (Toxicant-Induced Loss of Tolerance): My neighbors used chemicals/substances that triggered a total environmental collapse for me. Because of the war and housing crisis, I couldn't just "leave" easily. I eventually lost my apartment and stuffs cause of neigbours.

Medical Mishap: A doctor who didn't understand MCAS prescribed Inosine Pranobex (an immunostimulant). It acted like a grenade in my immune system, making me reactive to almost everything.

Where I am now:

Survival Mode: I have lost my job and my home. I am down to 4 safe foods.

Physical Decay: My muscles are gone. I can’t go outside because of TILT—the air and smells trigger severe mast cell reactions.

POTS: My heart rate is out of control, made worse by the constant adrenaline of my environment.

I feel trapped. It’s hard to "calm the nervous system" when there are actual missiles in the sky and no safe place to sleep.

Has anyone stabilized MCAS/TILT while in a high-trauma environment? How do you stop the mast cells from firing when the "danger" is both internal and external? I’m losing hope that I’ll ever be strong again.
