I'm going for a very specific vibe and the closest genre that I suppose could encapsulate it is trip hop, but even so only a very specific version of trip hop. The only way I could explain what I'm going for is by giving more examples. Ranked from least to most fitting, but they all still fit well.
No-one in the World - Locust (this is the song im basing it on, and would've had it in the title if it was more popular)
