Hi all,

Long time lurker, first-time poster.

As the title suggests; I'm looking for recommendations for used cars under R250k.

My mind has been so set on getting a Polo Vivo that I am just blind to other options. I know it's high risk and coupled with a having a brand new licence as well as being first time driver the insurance on that will be crazy so I'm looking to explore other options. I'm also a woman so maybe not the safest choice.

Please note:

• I need it to be Automatic
• Mostly driving to work, the gym and the mall (all within a 3km radius of my home) and the bi-annual jhb to dbn drive.
• I want a 'cute' car.

Any and all suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Please also advise on a good 'maximum mileage' I should be looking at for the vehicle.
