I've been accepted to one of the Research Internships I applied to (wasn't sure that I'd get in, so I didn't bother getting the NOC beforehand). They say that the NOC must have a handwritten signature, the institutional rubber stamp/seal, and the signatory's email. Physically doing this on-campus isn't an option. Is there any way I could get this done remotely?
