Graduated but I need to raise my GPA to get into master programs

I graduated from UT Austin last year in International Relations and Global studies. I ended with a GPA of 2.75 I didnt think about going back for my masters but it turns out its something I would like to pursue. Should I go back and take online classes. I would need about 8 classes to get my GPA above a 3.0 which is required for most Master programs. I would get a degree in Anthropology I am about 82% done with the course work for that degree. Has anyone done the readmission process before? or should I pursue a degree online from another university? All advice is welcome☺️

I was late to my online interview😔

I spoke with the recruiter, and we had a call, and then I got an interview with the hiring manager. It was on Microsoft Teams. I was late to the interview by fifteen minutes the time slot was 30 mins. I was having technical difficulties but was able to get on and the manager was still waiting. And was able to meet with me, but he did have to leave because he had other meetings. I feel like it went great. We had a lot in common. We went to the same school same major I did apologize multiple times and I also informed him that i'm available to me at any other time based on his convenience, he said he'd try to reschedule. I also reached out to my recruiter. Letting them know what happened to see if I could reconnect with the hiring manager. I'm just a little nervous about what's going to happen? i'm really mad at myself, because this has never happened. How long should I wait for them to respond? He told me about the job and was able to ask me two questions. Do yall think I have a shot at the job? Would you reschedule or hire me?
