Is a personal trainer worth it for the average person?

Workout and nutrition plans are easily accessible and often free nowadays. I understand high income earners and celebrities use them for targeted goals but couldn’t that be achieved with some moderate discipline? Not to mention the individuals I see being “trained” are often socializing and putting in what appears to be moderate effort at the gym.

How’s everyone’s recent experience with air travel been?

I fly weekly for work, same major airline, same route. I will still notice chronic ATC issues, “maintenance issues”, and also general shared grievances amongst stewardess’ and TSA personnel. How much of these issues do you think pertain to government regulation, or lack there of, versus airline corporate management?
